Easy entry and a very smooth experience overall. We especially appreciated being able to download the audio guide before entering the palace grounds, which made everything seamless even without arranging it in advance. The guide itself was interesting and easy to follow.
One suggestion would be to include more background on the history and significance of the Royal Palace as a whole, rather than focusing mostly on each individual room. We also noticed that the Throne Room was closed to visitors during our visit, but the audio guide did not mention this, which was a bit confusing. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

We booked the self-guided Santiago Bernabéu tour through Headout, and everything went perfectly from start to finish.
The experience was amazing. We explored the museum, admired the incredible trophy collection, visited the players’ dressing room, and enjoyed breathtaking views from the iconic stadium stands while taking countless photos.
One of the best moments was receiving a printed photo of my wife and me with the Champions League trophy—a perfect souvenir from an unforgettable visit.

Abbiamo visitato il Palazzo Reale di lunedì e nonostante i tanti visitatori l'entrata è stata veloce anche con i super controlli. L'audio guida, consigliatissima, è stata utilissima spiegando in modo coinciso le numerose e bellissime stanza visitate. Una bella scoperta il Palazzo Reale, merita sicuramente una visita per chi visita Madrid.

Ticketing experience very slick using the app and QR code. Easy entry and we were guided to the various sections in both Spanish and English. Staff very helpful. It was great to view so many different Spanish artists not previously none to me. Some stunning art works and would like to visit again.

Entry was easy, security check was fast, the palace was incredible! Very good value for money, there was no rush to go through, you could take as long as you like in each of the rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful despite them not speaking much English. It was amazing.

The museum is layed out perfertly, iit allowed one to view great art along a timeline that made scense. The benches were you could sit and ponder on the art were most welcomed. If your ever in Madrid, this is a must see!
