Highly recommended! The experience was excellent from start to finish. The building is absolutely stunning, and our guide, Federico, made the tour even more enjoyable with his knowledge, enthusiasm, and engaging explanations. Another big advantage was that we didn’t have to wait at all, even though there were huge crowds. It was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Madrid!

The palace itself was fantastic but we were very disappointed that the visit was changed from 1100 to 1130. We rushed to arrive early, got there at 1050 then were told that we had been called the day before to explain the change. This was not true, we had only booked late in the night. Then the guide was late so our 1100 tour started at 1140. This meant we had to rush to get to our afternoon tour booked through Headout at the same time and had no time to stop for any lunch as we planned which was very difficult in the heat.

It was a good tour. Not sure if it was worth it. Guide walked too fast so she was ahead of us and the audio would cut out so I'd miss what she said. She also ended 30 min early and seemed like she was rushing out of there and didn't want to finish the tour. You need a palace tour for sure, but not with this company!

We had a great visit to the Royal Palace of Madrid using the guided tour with skip the line tickets. Meeting point was a few minutes walk from the tower, but the guide used this time to give some history of the Palace. Guide was good and kept a good pace, nothing felt rushed and we had chance to see everything.
