⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an fantastic guide and wonderful experience visiting the Royal Palace of Madrid, made even more special by our excellent guide, Rodrigues. Rodrigues was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about the history of the palace and the Spanish Royal Family. The way he shared the stories and historical details was so entertaining. The way of excellent storytelling truly brought the history of the palace to life. He was also very friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and had the opportunity to ask questions throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and expertise made the visit much more meaningful and memorable. A big thank you to Rodrigues for such an informative and enjoyable tour! I will not forget climbing stairs like a queen together with him.😄 I highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Royal Palace of Madrid. Antonina from Canada

Wonderful walking tour guided by Isabel, who was perfect at her work. She explained to us so many things about culture, history and lifestyle of Madrid. With spotenuous and fluently speach, she narrated all the important stories from the past and we had a lovely morning ! I defently recommend this experience....

Our guide new all the staff which made the tour very smooth. The guide's narration was enhanced by his knowledge as a local. I felt all the highlights were covered with the importance, history, and significance of the palace and its treasures. I highly recommend the tour.

We got a really nice experience with Jesus, the tour guide, who made a regular boring history info telling a funny and entartainy expirience, Palace was gorgeous, and it feels more unic once complemented with proper guided experience.

    Our guide Maria was clearly knowledgeable about the site and its history, although some of the commentary was a little harder to follow in English, so the experience would have been even better with a clearer delivery for an English-speaking group. Unfortunately the visit also had to be rushed because the Palace closed early that day, and we were unable to see the Armory even though it was included in the tour. I understand this may not have been within Headout's control, but early closures of major attractions should be flagged at the time of booking so visitors can plan accordingly.
