Avendo solo due giorni per visitare Madrid ho cercato di ottimizzare tempi e costi per poter visitare le attrazioni principali. Ho cercato su diversi siti le proposte più convenienti, ma solo su Headout ho trovato la soluzione del biglietto combo con un ulteriore sconto per entrare al Palazzo Reale e al Museo del Prado. Avere già questo biglietto ci ha fatto risparmiare sia economicamente che saltare le file.

I purchased this ticket for Royale Palace Madrid. I was denied entry to Royale Palace at the entrance because guard said this ticket not for Royale Palace. I called Headout asking for refund but my request was denied. Headout booking information and details written on tickets are misleading. Headout agent said only can refund me 25 percent of ticket price into credit wallet. But I asked for credit back as cash into my credit card. No response from Headout.

Biglietti acquistati senza fila, accesso rapido. Sito facile da utilizzare. Palazzo è ben curato, le stanze sono riccamente decorate davvero una piacevole sorpresa merita la visita.
