Vieni contattato tramite w.app e chiamata telefonica il giorno prima dell'inizio dell'attività per la conferma . I biglietti del treno e dell'ingresso alla reggia si ritirano al loro ufficio punto informazione "INstazione" alla stazione CENTRALE Di NAPOLI . ero un pó diffidente riguardo a questa app , per I pareri contrastanti sul web , ma riguardo al mio viaggio, brutto è andato bene.

A wonderful travel experience. The Royal Palace is a true highlight of any visit to Naples and Campania. Instazione handled all the ticketing arrangements (train and palace entry) seamlessly. The only negative, which prevented me from assigning an awesome rating, was that audio guides to the palace were not included in the entry ticket. We had to pay another 10 Euros at the palace for the guides. Your advertising say that the audio guides were included. For your information.

Sur le site où les interlocuteurs, personnes ne dit qu'après la commande les billets arrivent par mail beaucoup plus tard. Sur d'autres applications, les billets trains/sites touristiques arrivent quelques minutes après. Quand on a les billets de train, on ne sait pas s'il faut aller à un guichet dans la gare ou monter dans le train directement. Le processus du déroulement de la journée n'est pas décrit. La description de l'organisation de la journée est à améliorer impérativement. Si tout s'est bien passé, trop de stress par manque d'informations claires. La visite du château était top !

What to bring

Have your entry tickets and a photocopy of your ID handy for a smooth check-in.

Be prepared for varying weather conditions—inside the palace and out in the gardens, it can get chilly, so pack accordingly.

Comfortable shoes are a must for walking, and don't forget water for hydration and sun protection.

What not to bring

Leave food, drinks, drones, sharp metallic objects, alcohol, and motorized vehicles behind—they aren’t allowed inside.

Pets (except guide dogs), strollers, large bags, backpacks over 40 x 30 x 10 cm, and umbrellas are prohibited. You can check bulky items in the free cloakroom at the entrance.

Flash photography is forbidden inside, and the dress code requires appropriate attire (no skimpy or indecent clothing).

Accessibility

The palace is wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators available.

Guide dogs are allowed inside.

Accessible parking spaces are near the entrance for easy access.

Additional info

The Royal Palace of Caserta is closed on Tuesdays, New Year’s Day (January 1), and Christmas Day (December 25).

Keep in mind that the time printed on your ticket refers to your entry to the palace—not the train departure.

Trains from Naples to Caserta begin running at 4 AM and are available every 40–45 minutes. The boarding platform will only be announced once you're at the station.

Caserta is just a 5–10 minute walk from the rail station, so be sure to factor this into your travel plans.
