What to bring

• Wear appropriate swimwear; swimwear is required to use the water attractions.

What’s not allowed

Ramayana Water Park

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.
• Drones, large bags, suitcases, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
• It is prohibited to use cameras on all body slides that are ridden without tubes (like the Aqua Loop, Freefall, and Matt Racer).
• Re-entry is not allowed.

Dolphinarium Pattaya

• Keep in mind alcohol, balloons, firecrackers, fireworks, weapons, chemicals, narcotic substances, strong-smelling objects and liquids, poisons, large bags, and suitcases are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.
• It is restricted to touch seals and dolphins without the trainers’ permission, throw anything into the pool, put your hands or face over the pool, or stand near the pool’s edge.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

• The technical capabilities of lifting a customer with a wheelchair into the hall is up to 80kg.

• The park is located 15 kilometers south of central Pattaya; parking facilities are available at the venue.
• Expect wait times during peak hours, especially on weekends and holidays.
• For same-day admission, tickets must be booked after 11pm for entry on the same day.
• Children under 15 years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Only those who are 15 years and older are permitted to visit the park independently.
• Facilities: Retail shop, towel rental, changing area, lockers, diaper change tables.
