What to bring

• Bring a swimming suit for the duration of the trip.
• Pack a set of spare clothes to change into after the trip.
• Wear a water shirt, rash guard, or a basic T-shirt to be worn under the lifejacket.
• Use water shoes, sandals, or sports shoes that can get wet.
• Bring a towel, sun cream, water, and a snack.

What's not allowed

• Food and drinks are not included, so bringing your own is recommended; however, alcohol and glass containers are not permitted on the river.
