What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the cruise or within the historic site.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance animals.

• Alcohol, illegal substances, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the cruise vessels or within the historic site.

• Drones and professional filming equipment are not allowed without prior approval.

Accessibility

• The Cape Raoul cruise and some areas of the Port Arthur Historic Site may not be fully wheelchair accessible.

• Accessible restrooms and parking are available at the Port Arthur Historic Site, but access to the cruise vessel and certain historic buildings or walking trails may be limited for guests with mobility needs.

• Arrive at the Port Arthur jetty at least 15 minutes before your scheduled cruise departure.
