From the second you arrive at the Plaza Premium Lounge you get very well looked after. The staff could not have been more helpful so thank you. The food and drinks there were also well above average. The only negative was NO SHOWER facilities. They do have WC facilities. I had a long stopover there and would highly recommend them.

I was treated most kindly and was respected and helped by all members of staff. The food was awesome! I would definitely use the lounge again if in KL.

It handy when you have a long transit time. My main reason booking was to shower which was not available.
