1-Day Disney Premier Access Ultimate Ticket to Disneyland® Paris

The parks and the Premier ticket are wonderful. Don't buy the photo pass, it's a major rip-off as they don't have any roving photographers in either park, you only get the ride photos, and not all rides have photos. €90 for eight photos! We kept asking about photographers, kept being told no. The brochure mentions them but they don't actually have them. It's not Orlando.

This ticket definitely saved me time on my short visit to Paris! However the process of buying the ticket was a bit confusing. Only being able to buy 1 day at a time was odd and finding the right ticket was difficult. I also didn't know that downloading the headout app would be necessary. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

The Premier Access pass was completely worth it, to avoid spending the one day we had standing in line. With two young kids, this was absolutely the best way to make use of our time. The process was simple, the tickets linked right in the app. All around great time!

Our visit to Disneyland Park was truly unforgettable overall. I booked this trip to celebrate multiple birthdays—my mom, my son, and my best friend—and it was a special way for all of us to be together. The rides were amazing, and most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and added to the magic of the experience. However, we had a very disappointing experience at the Orbitron ride. We had booked our tickets through your app, and Orbitron was included in our fast-track options. When we scanned our tickets, they turned green, indicating they were accepted. Despite this, a staff member named Dominique directed us to the regular line. When we tried to explain that we were using our fast-track access, he asked us to scan again. Unfortunately, our tickets were only valid for a one-time fast-track use on selected rides, so rescanning wasn’t possible. He then told us we wouldn’t be able to ride. After speaking with a supervisor, the issue was resolved. However, Dominique and a female colleague (who had removed her name tag) made us wait in the fast-track line unnecessarily—even though we were the only ones there—seemingly to discourage us from staying. This interaction was frustrating and took away from an otherwise wonderful day. I hope this feedback helps improve staff communication and guest handling in the future, especially for guests using fast-track services.

My friend and I arrived and had a great time. We bought the premium ticket and entered all the facilities quickly without waiting in line. . We will definitely come here again

I came to Disneyland, but I did not enjoy it at all because the weather was extremely rainy. We did not see any Disney characters during our visit, as the character shows were canceled. Despite the fact that I booked two parks and Fast Pass, we were only able to go on four rides due to the weather conditions. I came to Paris specifically for Disneyland, and if the weather was going to be this bad, customers should be compensated or at least informed a day in advance so they could change the visit date. I traveled from my country especially for this, paid a large amount of money, and we are a group of seven people.
