The whole tour was everything expected and much more. This was our first time to Niagara Falls. The Falls their selves was spectacular. The tour guide we had was entertaining yet educational. He was a local and shared many stories. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We had an awesome tour guide named Bryan! He was very knowledgeable about the falls and its history. It was pretty busy when we went, so not having to wait in the lines for tickets for the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the winds was great.

Activities were well planned accordingly to time, instructions from the guide were clear. He made the most of our time to ensure we got good pictures and enjoy the tour. The stories and facts were interesting.

The tour was easy to book. Loved the meeting location. Close to parking and easy to find. We were greeted by the check in person and given instruction on where to meet our guide. Our guide was very knowledgeable. He took us to all the location gave instructions and answered all of our questions. Enjoyed the walking aspect of the tour. The boat ride was nice. If you get motion sick I would take something before the ride. It is a short ride. I didn't feel nauseous until the very end. The other three people with me didn't feel sick at all. Be aware on the cave of the wind you get very wet and it's windy. My husband enjoyed this the most. They have a trolly you can board for $5 each adult at the end to take you back near parking lot. We enjoyed the beautiful walk back.

This was one of the best experiences my family has had! Our tour guide was very knowledgable about the history and geography of the falls. He was very kind, patient, and funny. Along with all the information, he had a plethora of falls coded dad jokes. He was very patient with allowing our group to take as much time as we wanted at the Observation Tower and other lookout points. He took time to talk to everyone, ask questions about where we were from, and seemed genuinely interested in meeting the people in his group. And he was very willing to take family/group pictures. Our favorite part about the experience was riding the Maid of the Mist. It was exciting and fun.

This was so much the guide just trying to get the whole group together. There was no new information provided. I wish they would have just given us our tickets for Maid of the Mist and the Cave of Winds at the beginning and let us walk to the attractions on our own.
