We had such a great time on the Niagara Falls USA guided tour with Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. Everything was organized really well, so we could just enjoy the day without worrying about where to go or what to do next. Our guide was friendly, funny, and clearly knew a lot about the area. They shared interesting facts about the falls and the history of Niagara, but it never felt like a boring lecture. They also answered questions, kept the group together, and pointed out some great places to take pictures. Maid of the Mist was easily one of the best parts of the tour. Getting that close to the falls was unreal. You can see photos and videos beforehand, but they do not prepare you for how powerful and loud the water is in person. We definitely got wet, but that was part of the fun and made the experience even more memorable. Cave of the Winds was just as exciting. Walking along the platforms right next to the falls and standing near the Hurricane Deck was amazing. The sound of the water, the mist, and being so close to everything made it feel like a real adventure. I also liked that the tour did not feel rushed. We had enough time to enjoy each stop, take photos, and actually look around instead of constantly being moved along. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls, especially if it is your first time. It was fun, beautiful, well organized, and worth the money.

We booked the guided walking tour to see the Maiden of the Mist, observation deck and then the Cave of the Winds. We were paired with Gregory and it was honestly the best tour we have ever did. our tour guide is from the area and he was well informed of the area and the historical facts and recommendations of the area. His fun facts were a hit with my son. And he is a moody teenager so that should tell you Im telling the truth. It was easy to find the beginning point. It is definitely a walking tour some people in the group missed that bit of information but its a very slow pace. If you ever take this tour I hope you get Gregory. We were the purple and green bead group!!

We had an amazing time on the Niagara Falls USA: Guided Tour with Maid of the Mist & Cave of the Winds. Every part of the tour was well organized and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular views. The Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds were unforgettable highlights and absolutely worth experiencing. Bryan was an exceptional tour guide: friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He kept us captivated with local history, and his enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls for the first time or returning for another visit!

Maid of the Mist is a Must! Don't come to Niagra Falls without booking your tour with it included truly UNFORGETTABLE from start to finish, the tour was very knowledgeable on the facts from the start of the falls and its creation to its now protected beauty, the views are jaw dropping, the Maid of the Mist is exhilarating, Have of the winds gets you up close and personal with over 60,000 gallons at the base of the falls truly spectacular. Book your tour and do it right with Maid of the Mist, Cave of Winds, and Observation Tower. You wont regret jiggly recommend

Our family of four loved our tour! Our guide Paul was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us some great tips on where to visit and how to get around. We took the trolley on the way back at his advice, and it was soo worth the $13 we paid for it. The Maid of the Mist boat tour was so much fun, though my 4-year-old was a little freaked out by the falls. We also enjoyed the Cave of the Winds, but it was mostly an opportunity to get soaked! The history video at the beginning of the Cave of the Winds tour was fun and informative. We all enjoyed it.

I have been waiting 30 years to finally make it to Niagara to do this bucket list item and it did not disappoint! The Maid of the Mist tour was my favorite and I was squealing with excitement as we got close to Horseshoe falls! My daughter looked at me like I was crazy. Then we went to the observation tower and the Cave of the Winds. Our guide, Nate, was fantastic. Full of educational information, as well as fun stories of his own and gave excellent recommendations. We had such a great time. Thank you!

For my first experience I can truly say it was worth it. My husband choose this trip to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary and I will remember this for a very long time...our tour guide Abby was awesome, funny and knowledgable. She made our group laugh and comfortable. I can wait to tell all my friends and family about my experience at the Falls. FYI we did the maid of the mist, observation towers and cave of the winds

The tour made our experience in Niagara Falls so much better! It was a relief knowing we had tickets and someone to show us where to go. It took away all of the stress of planning. Plus, our tour guide gave us a lot of information and local history. My teen daughter and I were really glad to select the small group option, which worked perfectly.

Dave was an amazing guide! He made the day so special. I was blown away by his knowledge and stories. He was so much fun to hang out with for the morning. He made my Niagara Falls experience SO much better than I could have hoped for. What a great park!! I'll be back for sure.
