The calm Guide who was able to manage all the people in the group, especially seniors and people who had to walk a little bit slower to get to all of the various activities. He was patient and well spoken, and very astute awesome experience!!!

I love to hear the background of everything as well as seeing the different angles. We went on a great day where it allows to see many rainbows. It was a real highlight.

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour enjoyable. We really liked the way he explained everything and guided us through each place with patience and enthusiasm. He made sure we didn’t miss any important spots and was always happy to answer our questions. His positive attitude and great way of touring made our experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour guide!

My family is from Niagara falls so I was playing tourist that day with my older daughter. The tour was very casual yet informative a good pace and ended with a tour of the cave of the winds it was absolutely extraordinary! Very much enjoyed our guide as well. He made everyone feel welcome and asked us thoughtful questions about where we were from and history regarding Niagara falls. Would definitely do the tour again or recommend to a friend

Our tour guide, Chloe, was great- Just what we needed for a family of 9! Her vibrant personality kept things hopping and didn't leave room for "bored" teen attitudes or parents trying to figure out what/where to go next :) It was also nice that she gave us time as a family to check each "stop" out on our own to take pictures, etc.

Our tour guide dave was super friendly and funny. he was very knowledgeable about the facts about the falls, and made the experience enjoyable! The tour around the falls it's self was very very beautiful but it was nice to have someone to crack jokes and laugh with on the way

Follow the story of how this waterfall shaped people and industry as hosts connect what you see near the water with its impact on life today.

Your ticket includes entry to Cave of the Winds; you check in and follow paths that bring you progressively closer to the rushing water.

Walkways and viewing platforms lead you through the gorge, where you can pause at railings to watch surges rush past and feel mist drift across the decks.

Guides set the pace, point out viewpoints, and share stories about engineering, erosion, and the people who lived and worked beside this water.

Choose the route that includes the Hurricane Deck experience, access to the World Changed Here Pavilion, a guided historical walk, and a poncho.

Or select the premium small-group option with a Niagara Falls State Park walking route, skip-the-line entry, and views of Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls.

The calm Guide who was able to manage all the people in the group, especially seniors and people who had to walk a little bit slower to get to all of the various activities. He was patient and well spoken, and very astute awesome experience!!!

Explore Niagara Falls USA on a guided tour that includes entry to Cave of the Winds, Hurricane Deck, and The World Changed Here Pavilion.

Getting started

Begin your experience on the U.S. side of Niagara Falls, where you meet your guide and join your group for a guided historical tour. Your entry ticket to Cave of the Winds is included, so you proceed together toward the attraction without needing to arrange separate admission. A poncho is provided before you head closer to the water, so you are prepared for the mist and spray.

Cave of the Winds and Niagara Gorge

What to expect

This guided tour focuses on Cave of the Winds and its surrounding viewpoints in the Niagara Gorge on the U.S. side of the falls.

Features

Use your included entry to Cave of the Winds and ride the elevator down into the Niagara Gorge, getting close to Bridal Veil Falls.

Walk the wooden platforms and take on the Hurricane Deck experience, where you can feel the force of the water and expect to get very wet by the end.

Visit The World Changed Here Pavilion with your included access, and explore exhibits that explain the history, geology, and significance of Niagara Falls.

Follow your guided historical tour as your guide shares stories about Niagara Falls State Park, the development of hydroelectric power, and how the area has changed over time.

Stay dry between stops using the provided poncho, which helps protect you from the constant mist and spray near Hurricane Deck.

Wrapping up

If you prefer a more intimate experience, you can choose the premium small-group guided walking tour option, which is limited to around 10–12 guests and adds a Niagara Falls State Park walk with skip-the-ticket-line entry to Cave of the Winds and views of Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls from multiple observation points.
