I stayed here for a few nights and was genuinely impressed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed — from extra towels to great Wi-Fi. The staff went above and beyond; they were friendly, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transit, but still quiet enough to relax. The breakfast was surprisingly good too (definitely recommend the [insert food item if known]!). It’s the kind of place where you can tell they care about the little details. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area.

The experience is great. Once you arrive, you need to fill out a waiver, and then you can use the plastic protection to avoid getting too wet. A good thing is that the lockers are free. Once the ride begins, everything is amazing, but I think it could be improved with more storytelling and jokes to make the experience even better. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the preparation before the activity takes almost the same amount of time as the ride itself. Also, I feel the experience is a bit short.

Just straight up fun and entertaining! Our guide, Alexis, was friendly and funny. Captain Jordan kept us safe while making sure we got the full experience. The trip included crazy 180s and even 360s. The boat got soaked as we hit the rapids head on. Worth every penny.
