À quoi sert il ? Au vu de la grandeur de la pièce ?!? Il y s 5 / 6 rangées Rien à dire sur le concert qui est magnifique !!! Avec cette petite salle qui a un rendu impeccable au niveau sonorité, bravo à ces 4 musiciens

If I could have bottées up this performance , and taken it home with me , i would have . The three musicians were out of this world awesome . They were very aopealinh to the audience , especially by using their personally anecdotes about why THEY live the music they play . Such a bond between them

The show itself was great—we enjoyed it very much. However, the ticket also stated that the Mozarthouse Museum was included, but when we arrived, we were told that it was not. They should have corrected this information, as it was confusing at the beginning.

Begin your visit at Domgasse 5, just off St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Follow the entrance signs to Mozarthaus Vienna, where staff will assist with ticket validation and entry. After a brief check-in, you’ll be free to explore the museum’s three exhibition floors at your own pace before heading to the nearby Sala Terrena for your concert performance.

Inside Mozart's former home

Step into the very rooms where Mozart composed some of his greatest works, and explore exhibits featuring his original manuscripts, personal letters, and intimate mementos. What to bring

Carry a light jacket or shawl. The Sala Terrena is a historic hall, and temperatures can feel cool in the evening, especially between September and February.

Keep a small notebook or use your phone or recorder to note interesting details or insights from the exhibition.

What’s not allowed

Check large bags, suitcases, or bulky items at the cloakroom before entering. Only small handbags or daypacks may be brought inside.

Flash photography is strictly prohibited throughout the museum and the concert hall.

Tripods, selfie sticks, and professional recording devices are not permitted.

Food and drinks are not allowed in either the exhibition rooms or the concert area. Any snacks or bottled water should be left with the reception or stored outside.

During the concert, silence your mobile phones and refrain from filming or recording the musicians.

The Mozarthaus Museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ramped entrance, wide doors, and an elevator connecting all public floors.

A wheelchair-accessible restroom is available on the basement level.

The Sala Terrena is located within the same complex and can be accessed via a few steps. Inform the staff in advance if you require assistance so they can help you with entry and seating arrangements.

Arrive at least an hour before the concert to visit the museum, collect your tickets, and settle in comfortably.

For a more relaxed visit, plan your museum tour between Tuesday and Thursday mornings, when it’s quieter. Mondays, weekends, and late afternoons tend to attract school groups and tour buses.

Most guests start on the first floor, but we recommend beginning your visit on the third floor with the themed exhibits and working your way down to the second-floor Mozart apartment to avoid crowding near the original rooms.
