Visiting the Rijksmuseum was one of the highlights of my trip to Amsterdam! The museum is absolutely breathtaking, from the magnificent building itself to its extraordinary collection of Dutch masterpieces. Seeing works by Rembrandt and Vermeer in person was unforgettable. Every gallery feels beautifully curated, and you could easily spend hours exploring. A truly world-class museum and an absolute must-see when visiting Amsterdam!

Brilliant museum, you can learn about Amsterdam. My 9 year old loved it. Felt like you were going into an Amsterdam home with history blended into it. Lovely staff greeted us and my son had an activity to do throughout the museum and received a prize at the end. As for the miniature models absolutely amazing the details just are wow!!!🤩 loved it recommend to any age people.

Das Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam ist eindeutig einen Urlaubstag wert es gibt soviel zu sehen , allein das Gebäude ist eine Besichtigung wert. Abgesehen davon ist ja der "Inhalt" des Museums mit alten Meistern wie van Gogh, Rembrandt, Hals... Das Porzellan und die Waffenausstellungen, Möbel und weitere interessante Details sind sehr sehenswert!!!

I couldn't bring up the app to retrieve my ticjets at the ebtrance to the museum! I called Headout in a panic and they said they could email them to me, which they immediately did! I was ecstatic! The museum was overwhelming! The works if all the masters were so life-like and stunning! Some actually brought me to teara!

We found the exhibition fascinating. The models are amazing and it has just the right amount of historical information - not too overwhelming! Also being a fairly small museum it suited us. Staff were very friendly too.

Pensavo fosse un unico biglietto ed invece erano due separati per ingresso ed audioguida. Giunto sul posto ho scoperto che si poteva accedere ad app da scaricare sul cellulare. Percorso dispersivo e migliorabile.

The museum has an elevator, but it is small (77 × 98 cm) and can only be used with staff assistance.

Entry is permitted up to 15 minutes after your selected time slot; once inside, you may stay until closing.

Visitors who require assistance may bring one companion free of charge; companion tickets can be collected at cash register 1.

Museum cafés and shops operate cashless and do not accept cash payments.

Only bags up to A4 size are allowed inside; larger bags, umbrellas, and similar items must be stored in the cloakroom.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be changed; late arrivals or no-shows may result in loss of entry or refund eligibility.
