The highlight was the informative guide that we had. The lighting through the cave was remarkable. A stunning experience with a great insight to the past and the evolution of the cave system. Great steps, ladders and decking pathway. The climb out was challenging and definitely takes your breath away. Overall a very good activity to do in the Margaret River region... highly recommend

Lake Cave was unforgettable the glowing reflections on the water and delicate formations made it feel like another world, but my favourite moment was the 30 seconds of complete darkness and silence, where everything paused and you could just feel the stillness of the cave around you.

There are over 300 steps each way to access the cave.

Jewel Cave Guided Tour

The guided tour lasts approximately 1 hour and covers three underground chambers.

The cave is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except on Christmas Day.

An optional self-guided Karri forest walk is available after your cave tour.

Group sizes may be large during peak times; booking ahead is strongly recommended, especially during school holidays and weekends.

Children and older adults are welcome but should be comfortable with stairs and a moderate walking pace.

The on-site café offers snacks and refreshments for purchase.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

For the best experience, stay with your group and follow your guide’s instructions at all times.

Mammoth Cave Self-Guided Audio Tour

This is a self-guided audio tour; allow approximately 1 hour for your visit.

Audio guides are available in English, French, German, Malay, and Mandarin.

The experience concludes with a walk through the Marri and Karri forests.

Transport to and from the cave is not included in your ticket.

Children must be supervised at all times during the visit.

The cave features prehistoric fossils and unique limestone formations—please do not touch or disturb any natural features.

Lake Cave Guided Tour

Your ticket includes a one-hour fully-guided tour and entrance to Lake Cave.

Transportation to and from the cave is not included.

Maximum of 30 travelers per tour.

The cave environment can be cool and damp; dress appropriately for the conditions.
