Loved it all. The seating was fantastic. The service was amazing. The food was presented beautifully and tasted great, the commentary was fun and informative. It was everything I hoped it would be. Great job!

The fact that you had a reserved table which would have been welcome knowledge on booking . The view and comfort. The food quality . The staff . The commentary . We thought the wait time for the boat was a bit too long though .

The food was delicious and the service exquisite. I certainly recommend the cruise. I would have enjoyed it even more, if we had some information about the sights along the way.

We had a lovely trip. The staff were kind, efficient and informative. The food was excellent. The only slight issue was that it was a little confusing working out where to stand on the jetty before boarding. But not a major problem. Perhaps more signs would help?

Really lovely afternoon! The food was delicious and the commentary was brilliant- despite living near and working in London for the past 20 years, I still learnt new things I didn't know before! Staff were very helpful and kind. The only reason I didn't give the fifth star was that the tea was served without milk. The staff were very busy getting everyone's drinks ready and by the time I found a member of staff to ask for milk (which they then promptly brought over), the tea was lukewarm. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Must do at least once. Finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts were good. After tea, make it to the top deck of the boat, very enjoyable.
