This was one of the best shows I've seen in the west end! I can't express how incredible the entire cast was! They were all excellent and committed to their roles which helped tell the story. The music and voices of the cast were incredible and seeing it in soho place, which is a smaller venue, made it even more personal. I really liked the touch of adding the video of the real TED talk with William kamkwamba at the end. Plus the women puppetering the dog was great! Would highly recommend this show to others and would love to see it again!

The story is uplifting, the music was very good as were the dancers - the dialogue was a bit hard to understand sometimes, but that may be because I was in the Gallery.

Based on the bestselling memoir and acclaimed Netflix film, this true story celebrates ingenuity and hope against all odds.

The musical has earned critical praise for its inventive staging and moving performances, bringing William Kamkwamba’s journey to life.

Themes of resilience, community, and the power of education shine, with visually striking sets and atmospheric soundscapes throughout.

Enjoy a limited run at @sohoplace, one of London’s newest West End venues, making this a must-see for fans of inspiring real-life tales.
