It was really professional , the scenery was beautiful, the acting and singing and dancing were great. I cried my eyes out. I love the story it is funny and warm and the Oliver character (played by Ryo Appadu))was touching. Loved the almost sweet interpretation of Fagin and Dodger was lovely too!!! This was the highlight of my London trip, thank you guys.

Our first time at a London theater. We love everything about stage productions. This was amazing for us. A truly enjoyable experience. We felt the actors were enjoying it as well. That makes it double the fun. We obeyed and didn't take any pictures of the production.

It was a wonderful production with great characters, strong performers, Fagin, Nancy, dodger and Oliver all brilliant. I really loved the stage set up, it was awesome so many different scenes, so good. Fantastic job it really made it come alive for the actors. Since cant take photos cant add, fav was conseider yourself, with the whole stage with people, just a brilliant set.

Written by Charles Dickens, Oliver Twist was critically acclaimed for exposing the cruel treatment of orphans during the mid-19th century and also its unromantic portrayal of the lives of criminals. Award-winning dramatist Bryony Lavery has adapted this tale in conjunction with Leeds Playhouse to put disabled artists on center stage. Amy Leach, who has directed The Wonderful Wizard of OZ, The Shelter, and We All Fall Down is all set to direct the production which promises to dazzle audiences from across the world!

The story

Born into a poor family, Oliver Twist is left orphaned after his father’s mysterious disappearance and his mother’s death during childbirth. Oliver finds a home in a sweatshop, where he is mistreated. Soon, however, Oliver encounters Artful Dodger and Fagin and joins their troupe of pickpockets. He revels in this new exciting and adventurous life as a criminal. His happiness, however, is short-lived and he finds himself falling under the influence of the vile Bill Sykes. Will Oliver be able to turn around a life filled with misfortune and poverty?

The show was brilliant, all the actor's what ever part seem to put their all in making a mavoulous entertaining story. The scenery was very well designed to match the story. Great show and would willing to see again.

What a high energy and enjoyable production. The voices were remarkable, the set was amazing, the dancing was beautiful and the kids terrific. Loved Fagan and Nancy and dodger and Bill! A great night of theatre for us.
