What's not allowed

Carrying glass or breakable items on the boat is strictly prohibited.

You're prohibited from feeding the wild animals while on the cruise.

Non-folding wheelchairs, high-heeled shoes, and mobility scooters are not allowed on board.

Keep in mind that the dolphin sightings can't be 100% guaranteed, as the movements of the wildlife are unpredictable.

For bookings made within 24 hours of the tour, pick-ups from your hotel cannot be guaranteed. In that case, you'll need to go to the boarding point on your own.

Vegetarian meals can be accomodated with prior notice. However, gluten-free options cannot be guaranteed.

Pick-ups from Puerto Calero are only available on Thursdays.
