Top-notch service during the fires near Cape Jervis when entry was halted, and we had to stay on Kangaroo Island for an extra two days. The staff at check-in and on the phone were amazing, friendly, and super helpful, very professional in their service.

Fun ferry trip. We brought our car too, and it was a breeze getting it on and off. Nice snacks and drinks available on board. The price was fair, and Kangaroo Island is a fantastic spot to check out.

We had a crazy ride from SA to Penneshaw, but the crew was cheerful and upbeat. Loading vehicles onto the ferry was done expertly; they’re like a well-oiled machine and super efficient.

Even though we booked our trip months in advance, they canceled our ferry and moved us to one an hour later without informing us. The staff didn’t seem bothered, and there was no reply to our email. Worst service we experienced in six weeks in Australia.
