What to bring

• Dress in warm, windproof layers, as glacier and on-water conditions are significantly colder than in town.

• Wear closed-toe shoes with strong grip, suitable for a 1.5-mile trail walk and movement on the boat deck.

• Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, as parts of the cruise and hike have limited shade.

What’s not allowed

• Do not touch or feed any wildlife, including whales or bears that may be seen at Steep Creek.
