• This is a walkthrough experience and seating is not available.

• Tickets must be purchased in advance online since there is no box office on site.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Late arrivals may be accommodated within 10 minutes, subject to capacity.

• Paid parking garages are available nearb.

• Dietary and allergen information is provided on product bin labels throughout the experience.

• Specialty treats and merchandise at The Candy Shop are available for purchase and are not included in your ticket.
