We enjoyed it. There were some issues but none to ruin my whole day. Tours start at 10:30 on Saturdays, not 9:30! Most of the workers were very knowledgeable and helpful!

Walked us over to next bus at train station safely. Thx big problem sending customer to an address for a bike shop to trade in initial ticket. Extra cost there, address had no affiliation with big bus. Change that verbiage at site!

We are unable to find the bus stop in your website for the hop on hop off. Your site did not give us any instruction or other link to locate of the bus stop. I would not purchase this service via your website.
