There was disappointment because buses did not run on schedule.As a result,I was late for the Las Palmas boat trip on 2 occasions- the 4 pm on Day 1 of my booking and the 11 am on the following day.It is unacceptable to blame traffic for this as,surely,city traffic is a regular factor and should be built in to the US timetable.Also,the understanding of "hop on/hop off" implies repeated trips and the brochure on boat trips indicates "first boat 11,last boat 4"can forgivabley be understood as part of a continuous series of boat trips throughout the day.As a result,I missed the paid for boat experience.This needs to be sorted out at your end.

The audio guide when we received new earphones was not in sync with the stops of the bus. Not all bus stops are not clearly labelled so had issues trying to find the stops. The bus timetables did not reflect the time of the buses turning up. The bus on the way back to the cruise was 30 mins late. When we tried to locate the bus on the app we could not locate it.

Not enough buses. Audio poor quality Veguetta is a nice area with some history. Didn't see anywhere else we wanted to get off.
