I was a little nervous about how best to book a ferry ticket from Macau to Hong Kong but with Headout it was seamless. I downloaded the app and tickets were available for me immediately. The ferry journey on Turbojet was a little rough, this can't be helped as the sea cannot be controlled, but it was very easy to navigate through the terminal and I arrived in HK 1 hour later. I booked superior class to avoid queues, a snack was provided too; a sandwich, drink and some peanuts. Would use Headway to book again and highly recommend

Fast service and we were able to take the earlier ferry. Tickets updated via the site all the time so no need to buy the tickets in person. Also, I didnt like how the site have a fee for booking which cant compete with klook or agoda. Anyways, employees speaks English and respectful.

All in all a reasonble experience, def worth the upgrade to super from economy... Avoid the que! The only fault is the need to purchase over and return, couldn't find a two way ticket? Macau was incredible!
