They were 30 min late although we had to be there 45 min in advance. No information why we had to wait that long. So 1/2 day was gone for a 20min experience. The pilot was not so experienced. We had an instable flight. Could not hear the audiguide although i put highest available volume.

Awesome experience! It was out 15 year Anniversary and everything went smooth! Nice views great experience. It was so worth it!
