Guided Tours in Venice

Il traghetto era comodo ed è partito al ora giusto. La guida era eccellente e in genere tutto è andato bene. I posti visitati erano bellissimi.

Molto bello e interessante, anche le tempistiche sono state giuste , forse (ma probabilmente per una mia ignoranza ) ci vorrebbe una carina per capire dove andare a prendere i ticket. ( che in effetti il posto è vicinissimo alla stazione ma noi abbiamo trovato difficoltà) Grazie ancora per la bellissima giornata.

È tutto organizzato bene, puntuali, spiegato bene, e potevi fare domande ricevendo sempre una risposta. La guida era tranquilla e non correva, così potevamo veramente goderci il tour. Ci mancava un biglietto per il museo Correr. Nessun problema. Risolto. Un grande ringraziamento e continuate così.

The Headout gondola cruise starts first with a Virtual Reality presentation covering background history to Venice and gondolas - very good. And caters for those who wear hearing devices! Note you need to turn up at the Headout office. Then it's a short walk to the gondola, seating five. Two of them get the heart-shaped seat - the others have flat seats. Can't change positions once you're onboard (as one tried during our 25-minute trip causing a panicky shout from the gondolier as the boat swayed threateningly!) All in all it was a fabulous experience. (As at our springtime break, getting a gondola ride for two people without booking was typically 90€)

El lugar espectacular, las góndolas son preciosas y el ambiente uff pero el gondolero era bastante grosero la atención de la agencia de turismo excelente

Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us just enough history not too overwhelming. She also gave us time to take the best photos. We enjoyed it very much!

Alilaguna staff were really helpful and informative. The tour itself was great, the glass blowing demonstration was spectacular. The 3 islands we visited were beautiful. Another time we would opt for a tour to stay a little longer on the islands. The only problem was that the Headout company gave us the wrong start time for the tour. We started from StLucia Railway Station and the tour started half an hour earlier so we missed our boat. Tha Alilaguna staff were great and rebooked everything. The other problem was locating the Alilaguna staff, again Headout gave poor directions. The tour staff are located inside the tourist information office, not near it. We wasted a lot of time looking for a separate office. However, the price of tour was excellent..really good value for money
