La struttura è molto bella e ben organizzata. Certamente nel tempo può essere implementata. L'aspetto che però mi ha reso più contento è stato quello relativo all'accettazione all'ingresso. Nonostante infatti avessimo un ritardo sull'orario di ingresso a causa di alcune manifestazioni che quel giorno avevano messo a soqquadro la città, con le immaginabili ripercussioni sul traffico veicolare e quindi sul parcheggio, l'operatore in servizio (Nevio ), con cortesia e buon senso degni di una persona ben più anziana, ci ha consentito tranquillamente l'ingresso evitandoci di perdere tre biglietti e di dover rimandare la visita a chissà quando.

Fantastico l'Acquario! Le bambine sono rimaste sorprese, ce la siamo presi con molta calma! L'unica cosa che ci ha lascaito un po perplessi è stata la vasca dei delfini...troppo piccola e troppo tristi! Bisognerebbe allargare la vasca...per farli vivere meglio...

Mi rono recata a Genova per una settimana a inizio settembre. Un adulto, un 63enne che non cammina molto (problemi ginocchio), un adolescente (11 anni). Abbiamo optato per uso City Sightseeing per farci un'idea iniziale e generale della città, senza stancarci troppo. Ottima la possibilità di poter fare due percorsi (linea rossa e linea blu). Ottima la audio guida in più lingue che da infarinature storiche, architettoniche e così via. All'inizio abbiamo fatto un pò di fatica a salire sul mezzo poichè già pieno, ma passando ogni 30 min, abbiamo atteso il successivo con successo. Era la prima volta su questi mezzi, ad ogni modo, esperienza ottima! Da ripetere! Grazie!

    Interesting locations but commentary a bit juvenile. No indication of when stops coming up and no easy way to indicate when you want to get off.

    It was a great way to get around and see the city. However, there is no Wi-Fi on the Tour bus. Agent on bus couldn't help us perhaps not a strong connection but tried multiple times and multiple locations. As a result, we could not use the interactive map. It was disappointing to have recorded audio. Often it didn't seem like the audio synced up with the location on the tour. It would've been helpful if the agent or the driver made an announcement of upcoming stops and clarified if you were getting on a red or blue bus. I discovered where it was labeled blue but only after getting on and off the bus a few times. It would also be nice if the on board tour guide added in a few comments to make it more personable. I believe there were fewer buses running because it was a slower season. It was nice seeing the city and getting around quickly my comments above make it a three star versus more stars.
