I used Headout in Frankfurt am Main. I bought a public transport ticket, which included travel to the airport. The purchase procedure was quick and simple – I could easily do it on my phone with a fast choice of payment method on my "handy". Additionally, I didn't have to install any app right then, and I could just download the ticket from the Headout website after logging in with my email. At the same time, I took advantage of a discount on museum entry, for example to the Frankfurter Goethe-Haus.

Die Frankfurt Card ist für Touristen eine super Einrichtung. Du kannst nicht nur kostengünstig die Busse und Bahnen in der Stadt benutzen, Du bekommt auch in vielen Einrichtungen Ermäßigungen auf die Eintrittspreise.

Very easy to use. Never asked for a ticket to be checked the 3 days we were here. Transport around Frankfurt was on time and easy to navigate despite our"leader" trying very hard to get us lost.

Tatsächlich habe ich durch die Buchung einer FrankfurtCard zusätzlich das StruwwlpeterMuseum besucht, dessen Absicht ich zuvor nicht hatte. Dieser Besuch hatte sich jedoch gelohnt, insbesondere die Dauerausstellung zu Heinrich Hoffmann. Ebenso hatte ich weniger Einwände ein Kombi Ticket im MMK zu erwerben, dessen aktuelle Ausstellung von Fritz Scholder herausragend ist! Lediglich in der Komunikation mit headoout möchte ich anmerken, dass nicht klar formuliert gewesen ist, dass die Frankfurt Card in dem RMV Ticket integriert ist. Es sozusagen nur ein Ticket gibt. Kommuniziert wurde jedoch in der Mehrzahl (Tickets), weswegen ich ein weiteres Ticket neben dem RMV Ticket gesucht habe. Die KI Auskunft war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich und konnte mich über den Sachverhalt aufklären. Die Erreichbarkeit von 24/7 ist in diesem Fall von großem Nutzen. Insgesamt bleibt ein postives Museumserlebnis. Vielen Dank!

A 1day Frankfurt Card was cheaper than a day ticket for public transport (incl airport), which made this worth getting. The Headout website was clunky, and I didn't otherwise use the discounts (which for the most part, seemed minor).
