Group予約確認済み一昨日5/5Die Fahrt mit fem kleineren Boot (Barkasse) war perfekt, informativ und sehr interessant.
Couple予約確認済み先週4/5Der Reiseleiter war sehr sympthisch und hatte viele interessante Geschichten zu erzählen.

-
Appointments are confirmed according to the Elbphilharmonie and its limited Plaza ticket contingent for guided tours. If no more Plaza tickets are issued, a suitable alternative date is booked as soon as possible. In exceptional cases, the tour guide may then report on the Elbphilharmonie from outside.
-
You can still go to the plaza free of charge after the official tour if the tour should only take place from outside.
-
In rare, special cases (mainly for security reasons) the Elbphilharmonie reserves the right not to allow access to the Plaza. In this case, the partial amount will be refunded.
