La guide était très gentille. La facilité avec laquelle nous avons trouvé la personne ressource au lieu de rencontré . Cette dernière était très aimable aussi car elle nous a aidé à trouver nos billets pour la croisière et très bien explique le,lieu de rencontre pour celle-ci.

I enjoyed the tour guide very much. He was polite and very informative. He spoke many languages tomorrow ensure everyone was aware of the history. The downside of the tour was that the top of the Eiffel Tower was closed and I paid money to see the city from the top. I am still waiting for reimbursement for that right now. I was also quite disappointed about the Seine River portion. I was unable to use the voucher before and when I attempted to use it by the river there was no one to help instruct me where to go. I noticed there were a million people shoved into the boat and it wouldn't look so enjoyable. Either way I could not use the voucher and I left the the country without utilizing it. I am quite disappointed with those two items. I hope someone can contact and help me with the reimbursement from the missed too floor of the tower due to the heat. The experience was amazing, views from the top of the Eiffel Tower are really tremendous. Lifts were full, so not a lot of space. I would definitely recommend going up to the summit for a really amazing experience. Only downside was trying to find the agent and the guide, due to problems of losing my friend, while trying to find the guide, we ended up doing the visit separately from each other, without the guide, and my friend had to repay entrance fee, due to time limit on the ticket.

Solo dopo ci siamo accorti che ha raddoppiato il costo del biglietto, ci poteva stare se ci avesse accompagnato su e detto altro ma non è stato così... per questo motivo non do 5 stelle. Crociera niente da dire, molto bella e soprattutto comoda perché si può andare quando di vuole nell'arco della giornata.

Our guide was fantastic and told us she had done over 3,000 Eiffel tours already this year. She knew exactly where to go and provided fantastic facts about the structure, its creators, and its upkeep. She guided us to the bottom floor and showed us where to go for the top floor viewing. Great experience!
