I really liked how Hendricks intereacted with our group. He didn't just tell us facts, he posed a question and had us suggest an answer. It helped that he carried a folio of photographs to show us interesting information. I did not know that the original color of the tower was red due to the paint being an anti-rust variety. I did not know that Gustave Eiffel had to fund alot of the tower himself and made back his investment in 11 months. I really learned a lot and like the views on the first and second levels. Très belle visite avec une guide compétente, souriante ! (Mascha) La montée des 668 marches de la tour Eiffel jusqu'au 2 ième étage a été une belle expérience ! En plus ,le temps ensoleillé de cette fin octobre a magnifié cette visite avec une vue sur Paris époustouflante !

It's an elevator ticket to 2nd floor straight, then you can go to first and walk around if interested. Everything is expensive on it and choose good weather. It was very cold and windy when we went up there. The guide took us to gates and sent it tickets so we were on our own from there on.

What to bring

Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.

This experience involves a lot of walking and climbing. It's highly recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes in order to fully enjoy this experience.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

This tour is not accessible for individuals with mobility impairments.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your tickets are arranged in advance (no ticket-office queue), but this is not skip-the-line and security-check waiting times may still occur.

It is recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
