Subir a la Torre Eiffel hasta la cima fue una gran experiencia. Desde el inicio se sintió especial: incluso nos tocó coincidir con paisanos de Guadalajara al llegar. Henri, el guía, explicó todo con mucha claridad y fue haciendo el recorrido más interesante con historias y contexto en cada escala. Subimos a pie mientras se acercaba el atardecer, lo que hizo que cada piso tuviera un ambiente distinto, y al final llegamos a la cima en elevador. Lo mejor fue que el descenso coincidió con el anochecer: empezaron a aparecer las luces de París y de la Torre, pudimos compartir esa vista, unos beignet y el viento de las alturas de Francia, ese momento que se queda muy bien guardado.

Hola mí nombre es Patricia, destaco la asistencia y el acompañamiento de la empresa en cuanto a mis dudas, siempre con respuestas inmediatas y solucionadoras. El guía Charly muy amable, nos brindó información muy completa y con ilustraciones sobre la Torre e incluso se mostró comprometido para hacerse entender ya que nuestro idioma era Español. Muy conforme , lo súper recomiendo.

Très bien organisé, merci, un guide génial, très sympa et professionnel. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons très peu attendu. Ses explications très intéressantes, sur les monuments de Paris. Unsere Reiseleiterin hat einen richtig tollen Job gemacht. Lebhafte Erklärungen und auch die anwesenden Kinder mit einbezogen sowie Schattenplätze gesucht (es war ein sehr heißer Tag). Zum Ende hin wurde es für unseren Geschmack etwas zu lang, aber lieber so als andersherum.

Our host (Charles) Really looked after us. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Kept us all entertained while we waited in line for our entry.

Meet your guide at the designated meeting point. Your guide will purchase your tickets once you arrive at the tower. As you wait, your guide will provide insights and stories about the tower’s history.

Once your tickets are purchased, they will be validated by your guide, and you’ll proceed with the tour. Be prepared for a wait at the security check, which can take up to 2 hours during busy periods. As a result, your visit to the Eiffel Tower may take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours in total.

What to bring

Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.

This experience involves a lot of walking and climbing. It's highly recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes in order to fully enjoy this experience.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

This tour is not accessible for individuals with mobility impairments.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your guide will purchase the tickets for you after you arrive. The wait time to purchase tickets can be up to 2 hours, but rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait.

It is recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
