I was a bit skeptical as I have never heard of this company, but everything was actually easy and great! We met up right outside the dome, he explained a few things and gave us our tickets, which were the "Brunillesci pass". Besides the dome climbe, we also had access to the church, baptistery, museum, bell-tower AND the held our luggage on our last day (next to museum)!!! Great deal & value! Will def book with Headout again!

The tour guide was full of information that you need, very specific and very patient to explain it all. All 5 places was unspeakable beautiful. Recommendation is to go slowly. Only visit to Cupola have specific time everything else you choose when. Entry to church after 1pm there is no much crowd inside. And Opera museum leave for the last, Pieta is gorgeous

Whole process ran very smoothly we turned up on time collected our tickets & were given clear concise instructions and thoroughly enjoyed climbing the dome - what more is there to say ! - highly recommend

Întâlnirea cu personalul a fost foarte facilă. Urcatul in Dom nu a fost dificil, trebuie să ai totuși un pic de condiție fizică. Priveliștea de sus merită banii și efortul.

Procédure d'admission ok mais cela aurait été utile de nous dire qu'il fallait déposer nos sacs a dos a la consigne avant d'entrer. Nous avons attendu 20'-30' avant d'entrer pour se voir refuser l'entrée a cause de nos sacs. J'ai dû courir les poser et nous avons rejoins le groupe in extremis. Nous n'étions pas les seules dans ce cas. Ajoutez le dans la procédure. Sinon la montée au Duomo vaut la peine et la cathédrale aussi.
