The experience inside is fantastic—the ground-floor museum gives a fascinating glimpse into Old Dubai's origins before you head up the elevator. Stepping out onto the Sky Deck at 150 meters is breathtaking. Turning north gives you a view of historic Deira and Karama, while facing south presents the futuristic Sheikh Zayed Road skyline. We had fun visiting Dubai Frame during December month. Although a little crowded due to peak tourism season but manageable enough. We went to the top in the elevator and the view from the top was breathtaking. Walking on the floor glass, looking outside to see the old and new Dubai was a nice view. Entry was smooth with proper queue and management.

Dubai Garden Glow has permanently moved within Zabeel Park after 10 years. The new location is at Gate 3, Area A (next to Dubai Frame).

Dubai Garden Glow now operates during daytime hours. The park will be open from 10am to 9pm daily.
