Amazing place for both adults and kids. My babyboy enjoyed it and was allowed to enter for free because he is 21 months old. And then we booked the dolphin encounter which was the cherry on top. Super fun and we could not resist just smiling this whole.timr we were there. Highly recommend this place to bihr residents and tourists. You cannot miss this spot. It's a must!

Visiting Levels 124 & 125 at Burj Khalifa was one of the highlights of my trip. Even though I had to wait for a while, it was completely worth it. It didn’t feel very special to me. At the end of the day, you’re inside a very tall building looking at the city from above. I booked the sunrise slot for Floors 124 and 125, but it didn’t feel any different or extraordinary. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. They do provide a complimentary drink (coffee, tea, or a carbonated soft drink) along with a donut. The coffee and donut were actually very good. The entry is through Dubai Mall. The sunrise slot starts at 5:00 AM, but the actual sunrise was closer to 7:00 AM. At 5:00 AM, the crowd is very low, so you can enjoy a nice view of the city lights at night. As the day begins, the crowd increases significantly. If you’re going for sunrise, you need to go early and secure a good spot. Otherwise, it becomes very crowded, and you may not even get a clear view through the glass — especially at the popular viewpoints. Avoid the extreme north and south ends; the middle section offers a better sunrise view. You can also watch from the stairs leading to Floor 125. In my opinion, the view from Floor 124 is better than Floor 125.

Burj Khalifa At The Top

No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Dubai Frame

Food and beverages, pets, smoking, toys, and sharp tools are not allowed.

It is strictly prohibited to lean or climb over the railing.

Items displayed on exhibitions must not be touched and/or removed.

Burj Khalifa At The Top

Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.

It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

Note: Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 mins at the observatory.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at the GATE 4 Counter.
