What's not allowed

Dolphin show

Keep in mind alcohol, balloons, firecrackers, fireworks, weapons, chemicals, narcotic substances, strong-smelling objects and liquids, poisons, large bags, and suitcases are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.

It is restricted to touch seals and dolphins without the trainers’ permission, throw anything into the pool, put your hands or face over the pool, or stand near the pool’s edge.

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.

Swim with dolphin

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 6 years and over 100kg.

Strict dress code: No jewelry, hats, and glasses.

It is not allowed to use cream, deodorant, or other cosmetic products before swimming with a dolphin.

Shouting, making sudden movements near the dolphins, touching their blowholes and eyes, leaning on the pool edge, putting arms in the water, dropping objects, or gesturing to the animals is restricted.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The technical capabilities of lifting a customer with a wheelchair into the hall is up to 80kg.

Your safety comes first so visitors with obvious contagious diseases such as skin disease, lesions, eye, ear, nose, or throat infection are restricted from participating in this experience.

Swim with dolphin

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair and pram/strollers.

Your safety comes first so pregnant women and guests with open wounds and blisters, acute and chronic skin diseases, mental diseases, cardiovascular diseases (such as hypertension 3rd stage), sexually transmitted diseases, helminthiasis, other infectious diseases, and infantile cerebral palsy are restricted from participating in this experience.

It is required to take a shower before swimming.

People who cannot swim or want to wear a life jacket must inform the administrator prior to the swimming.

The swimming queue is arranged according to the readiness of the swimmer and the staff’ decision.

Swimmers must keep their nails short.
