Getting Started
After booking, you'll receive your e-ticket via email—no need to print. On the day of your visit, head straight to the entrance of Hong Kong Disneyland. Present your e-ticket at the turnstiles for seamless entry. Be ready for standard security checks at the gate. Hold onto your meal and snack vouchers, which can be redeemed at designated dining locations and outdoor carts throughout the park.

What’s not allowed
- Keep in mind that selfie sticks, weapons, alcohol, wheeled luggage of any size, stroller wagons, wagons, carts or other wheeled carriers, folding chairs, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, drones, remote-controlled flying devices, kites, flags, banners and stools are prohibited inside the venue.
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
- Clothes representative of an actual Disney character, obscene language, torn clothing, or clothing exposing excessive portions of the skin are not allowed inside the venue.
