• Keep in mind sharp metallic tools or objects and food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible.

• The check-in point has been relocated from Pier 2 to Gate 4 starting at 5pm.

• After registration is completed, guests must line up at Gate 4 where the operations team will lead them through the walkway to Pier 1 and then to Pier 2.

• There will be no boats docking at Pier 2 from 7:30pm to 7:45pm. No customers must wait at Pier 2.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please arrive at the boarding point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your cruise to avoid any delays.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the boarding point.

• Landmark: Next to Naraya shop and there is a Hanuman mannequin at the registration counter.

• If a customer arrives after 06:00 PM, redemption and boarding point are same at Icon Siam Pier 2.
