What to bring

• Bring your mobile ticket and a light jacket or scarf for breezy evenings.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and drinks, smoking onboard, and pets are not allowed.

Accessibility

• The cruise is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for guests over 95 years old.

Additional information

• The cruise departs promptly at 7pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding.

• During the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2026 from May 30 to July 11, 2026), the temporary boarding location will be at PHN Marina Da Nang near Tran Thi Ly Bridge and Da Nang Walking Street.

• Guests are requested not to go to the old Novotel Marina/Bach Dang boarding location during the festival period.

• Search for “PHN Marina Da Nang” on Google Maps or provide the location name directly to your taxi or Grab driver.

• Poseidon Cruise staff will assist guests at the PHN Marina check-in counter.

• After DIFF 2026 concludes, boarding operations will return to the Novotel Marina location.

• Fire and water shows at Dragon Bridge take place only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 9pm.

• Guests with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian preferences or seafood allergies, should mention this during checkout.

• Seating is assigned based on your selected ticket category and tables cannot be chosen onboard.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
