Getting started

Your experience begins with pick-up from your hotel in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, or Sharjah in a 4x4 vehicle on a sharing basis. After a drive through the city and outskirts, you’ll arrive at the desert camp. The operator will confirm your pick-up location and time within 24 to 48 hours of your tour date, so be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled window.

Bassata Village desert adventure

This desert safari unfolds in several stages, blending adventure, culture, and relaxation at Bassata Village.

• Set out for 50 minutes of dune bashing, as your driver navigates the golden sand dunes for a thrilling ride through the open desert.

• Pause for a sunset photo stop, capturing the changing colors of the landscape as the sun dips below the horizon.

• Try sandboarding down the dunes, with boards provided for those who want to glide down the slopes.

• Experience camel riding for photo opportunities, giving you a taste of traditional desert travel.

• At the camp, enjoy unlimited soft drinks, water, Arabic coffee, tea, coffee, and dates, all included throughout your stay.

• Savor an open buffet BBQ dinner, with a range of dishes served fresh at the camp.

• Relax at the shisha corner, where complimentary shisha is available for guests.

• Choose from henna and tattoo painting for particular designs, offered free of charge by local artists.

• The evening features five entertainment shows: a fire show reel, folkloric Tanoura dance, Dragon Fire show, and a camel show, each performed live at the camp.

Wrapping up

After the final show, your driver will return you to your original pick-up point in the 4x4 vehicle, concluding your desert evening. Alcoholic beverages, shisha service at your table, bazar shopping, and photographer services are not included in this experience.
