Was very well organise and amazing staff Alexandro - was there to pick us up and drop us off through out our tours Anna - in Pompeii was amazing and knowledgeable Raphael - in Herculaneum was full of knowledge and passion

Everything was so well organised, and we knew what we were doing at all times. The train to and from Herculaneum was easy to navigate - there was a train manager on board that helped when we didn't know what to do. The walk from the station to the site was downhill, and very easy to find. The tour guide was knowledgable and friendly - made us really feel what it was like to have been in Herculaneum at the time of the infamous eruption. Getting back was easy - retrace our steps to the station, hop on the train, and back to Sorrento. Great day - amazing site - definitely recommend!

The guide (Davide) was clear and enthusiastic. All of the day was well planned and well timed. Communication was fantastic. The guide in Pompei was very knowledgeable and kept us moving showing us such a lot. Well worth doing it! Loved the little stop on the way upto Vesuvius for buffalo milk limencello!

Was an amazing experience. Everything was on time and out guide was there to help us with everyrhing. If you want to see all the Pompei 2 hours are not enough but tou can see the most important.

A great day, especially good seeing Mt Vesuvio and Herculaneum together was brilliant to get an understanding of the size of the eruption. Plenty of time at both sites and the pick up and drop off was perfect. Seeing Pompeii seperatly was also brilliant.

It's amazing to have a taste of the coastal areas of Italy with its rich gastronomy, narrow streets and the marvelous Pompeii with its advanced culture, yet a place like a dream. In addition, having the joyful Heather as the out guide added color and passion to the trip. I feel that I got more than I expected. Fabrizzio our driver is skilled and lovely in character!

The meeting point was easy to find. It was in one of the large squares, so there was plenty of space for everyone attending it. It was a very short walk to get to the coach. The coach was brand new, it had Wi-Fi and 2 USB charging ports on each row of seats. The driver,Romel, was very good! The tour guide, Marius, gave a lot of useful information throughout the whole trip to Pompeii. We stopped at Cassino, at a small rest stop. Marius gave a brief outline about the importance of the Montecasino Abbey in the WWII. When we arrived at Pompeii, we met our local guide and received headsets. Our guide, Teresa, made sure that we all went through the security check quickly and efficiently. She was funny, caring about the group and very knowledgeable about many small overlooked features, giving a lot of information about the history of each place she showed us. Continuing the trip to Sorento, we had a short stop at a factory to taste the Limoncelo. We had plenty of time to walk around Sorento and to enjoy the beautiful place. It was a very nice experience, very well organised, where we learned a lot of new things!

Staff are very friendly and very well organised. The trip to Mt Vesuvius was easy and once we arrived given two hours to make the trek up and down. This was a good amount of time. The experience is amazing and so worth the effort to get to the top. Just remember to take water and proper shoes
