Экскурсия очень-очень-очень понравилась. Забрали в назначенное время. На многих аналогичных экскурсиях учавствует 28 человек, а тут заявлено до 16, а по факту было 12 - очень комфортно, никто никому не мешает. Перед полётом покормили гезлеме с чаем. Наблюдали за надуваением шара - это тоже очень интересно. Полёт сначала по ущелью с рассказом о древнем городе, 12 шаров почти одновременно поднимались в воздух, пролёт близко к рельефу - один вид полёта, эмоций, фотографий. Потом подъем на высоту порядка 1000 м, видно ущелье с высоты, горы вокруг некоторые даже в снегу. Всё это на рассвете как и было заявлено в экскурсии. После посадки были в корзины пока её грузили на прицеп для транспортировки, показали как спускают воздух из шара. Потом вручили каждому именной сертификат об участии в полёте, все выпили безалкогольное шампанское. Развезли по отелям. Всё очень качественно - яркие эмоции и воспоминания! Большое спасибо)))

Ci siamo alzati prestissimo ma ne è valsa la pena. 45 minuti di un bellissimo giro in mongolfiera a sorvolare altipiani e valli della Cappadocia, peccato non durasse almeno un'oretta. Servizio eccellente e organizzazione impeccabile con personale gentilissimo e mai invadente. Il servizio navetta puntualissimo ci ha caricati e riaccompagnarti davanti l'albergo e ci a accompagnato nel luogo di lancio distante circa 60 km. La colazione è molto light a base di burek e te caldo, ma comunque molto gradita date le temperature molto basse della notte. Appena saliti a bordo abbiamo ricevuto le poche istruzioni necessarie per l'atterraggio, dove ci attendeva il resto team per fare il brindisi e la foto di rito con consegna del diploma. Dovete assolutamente provarlo se andate in Cappadocia. A+++ Thanks to the entire organization for the wonderful experience. We woke up very early, but it was worth it. A beautiful 45-minute hot air balloon ride over the plateaus and valleys of Caopadocia. I would have preferred it to last at least an hour. Excellent service and impeccable organization with extremely kind and unobtrusive staff. The punctual shuttle picked us up and dropped us off in front of the hotel and took us to the launch site, about 60 km away. Breakfast was very light, consisting of burek and hot tea, but still very welcome given the very low temperatures at night. As soon as we boarded, we received the few necessary instructions for landing, where the rest of the team was waiting for us for a toast and the customary photo and diploma presentation. You absolutely must try it if you go to Cappadocia. A+++

The palace was amazing and it was very easy to purchase our tickets ahead of time. Although I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong day, the staff were able to figure it out so we could visit the palace anyway.

A wonderful experience overall! The Bosphorus cruise offered excellent food and full entertainment throughout the journey. Booking through the Headout was smooth and offered great deals. Highly recommend using the app for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

One of the most important things to do in Capadocia. Our guide and pilot, Söyler, made sure that we will remember with pleasure our trip. Really a professional guide and pilot. The take off and landing was so smooth you feel like you are on a feather. He told us small history about the places we saw from balloon. The experience was amazing.

The tour was informative and easy. We have a knowledgeable tour guide who meticulously explained every details of the area, its history and background. Nice van with perfect heating device that balances the winter cold of the day. The only downside of the tour was the food at lunch time, the soup served were a bit mushy while the rice was a little bit uncooked. The testi kebab served was alright but could have been better.
