Your tour begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in the Sharm El-Sheikh area. The friendly local guide accompanying you will take you to the isolated hermitage of Saint Catherine's Monastery. Nestled in the craggy peaks of the Sinai mountain range, this is one of the world's oldest monasteries. It is perhaps best known for its well-preserved collection of early codices and manuscripts - the second largest in the world (the largest is in the Vatican Library). The monastery is also home to the world's oldest continually operating library. Adding to its fame and mystery is the fact that it is located at the site of the Old Testament's story about the Ten Commandments. Because of this, it is respected by Christians, Jews, as well as Muslims. Your guide will also show you the many works of art here including mosaics - the best collection of early icons in the world - that are found in liturgical objects, chalices, and church buildings.

Afterward, continue onwards to Dahab, which rests on the shores of the Red Sea. Once a little Bedouin fishing town, it is now one of the Red Sea's top diving resorts, and a hub for tourists, thrill-seekers, and nature lovers. Take your time to explore the many shopping and sightseeing options here, and savor a delicious lunch. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off back at your hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh.
