What to bring

• Ticket and ID: Display your mobile or printed ticket with a valid photo ID at the park entrance.

• Spare clothes: Bring a change of clothes as some attractions may get you wet, and use changing areas in most restrooms.

• Photography on rides: Do not take photos or videos while experiencing the attractions.

• Pets: Do not bring pets into the park; only service animals are permitted.

• Costumes and masks: Do not wear costumes or full-faced masks inside the park.

• Re-entry: Do not exit the park if you wish to return, as re-entry is not allowed.

• Outside food and drinks: Do not bring outside food or drinks, except baby food, formulas, or food for special dietary needs; bag checks are conducted at entry.

Accessibility

• Mobility access: Navigate the park with prams or wheelchairs, as the experience is accessible for both.

• Rental services: Rent strollers or wheelchairs near the entrance for use inside Universal Studios Singapore.

• Accessible facilities: Access all restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas with a wheelchair.

• Entry procedure: Head directly to the Universal Studios Singapore entrance on Sentosa and present your ticket for admission.

• Minion Land early entry: If you select Minion Land Early Entry, you can access the zone from 9am to 9:30am before general opening.

• VIP Experience supervision: During the VIP Experience, children aged 7 and below must stay with a participant aged 18 or above.

• VIP Experience consent: Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete an indemnity form for the VIP Experience.

• Meet and greets: Check the Universal Studios Singapore App on the day of your visit for character meet-and-greet times.

• On-site facilities: Use facilities such as a prayer room, halal and vegetarian restaurants, ATMs, shops, lockers, and a Baby Centre during your visit.

• Ride maintenance: Note that TRANSFORMERS The Ride is closed from 23 August 2026 to 4 September 2026 and reopens on 5 September 2026.

• Special operating hours: Expect park hours of 10am to 7pm on 3 Sep, 5 Oct, 30 Nov, and 1 and 12 Dec 2026 due to private events.

• F&B voucher usage: Use the S$20 F&B voucher at most restaurants and food carts, except Starbucks, Oasis Spice Café, and roving carts.

• Halloween event: Experience Trick or Thrills from 5 September to 1 November 2026, including Minions’ Belloween Ball, Kuromi, themed treats, and souvenirs.
