Einfache Ticketbuchung, ABER Tipp: da der QRcode nötig ist, muss die App heruntergeladen werden, wie in der Antwortmail nach der Buchung verlangt. Einstieg sehr zügig . Bitte auf dem Deck oben einen Lautsprecher mehr oder Lautstärke erhöhen. Wir konnten nicht alles verstehen. Alle waren freundlich. Getränke fix da trotz vieler Passagiere

Das Schiff war einem überraschend guten Zustand sehr freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen die Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden umfangreich sehr gut beschrieben alles in allem ein toller Event.

Der Anleger war gut zu erreichen und der Zugang macht keine Probleme. Das Personal und die Bedienung war freundlich. Die Führung über Lautsprecher war verständlich und die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erklärt. Ich kann diese Fahrt sehr empfehlen.

Die Schifffahrt in Dresden war ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die wunderschöne Aussicht entlang der Elbe mit ihren historischen Gebäuden und der abwechslungsreichen Landschaft. Das Schiff war sauber und gut organisiert, und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die entspannte Atmosphäre an Bord hat die Fahrt zusätzlich aufgewertet. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Dresden einmal aus einer anderen Perspektive erleben möchten.

The guide was not a person but a recording. It was not very personal and difficult to understand the location that the recording was referring to. I understand that it is a large vessel.
