Venice and the vaporetto—it was love at first trip! We rode along the Grand Canal, admired the palaces from the water, and the trip to the Lido was a special delight. Just 15-20 minutes from San Marco, and you're on a beautiful beach on the Adriatic. Returning in the evening at sunset is simply magical! Convenient, romantic, and very atmospheric. The 24-hour pass was a real lifesaver and saved me money. Despite the crowds during peak season, this is the best way to truly see Venice. Highly recommended! ❤️

Ich sage nur : GUT UND GÜNSTIG. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, vom Online Kauf des Tickets bis zur Fahrt mit Bus und Vaporetto. Der Service ist super gut. Die Vaporettos und Busse kommen pünktlich. Die Wasserfahrten mit dem Vaporetto haben uns gut gefallen... man kann immer wieder ein- und aussteigen, wo man will. Die Stationen sind gut beschriftet, so dass man sich nicht verfahren kann. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank.

Zu viert 1 Tagestour nach Venedig. Vom Parking mit Schnellbahn in 2 Minuten ins Zentrum, Ausflüge zu den Inseln Murano und Burano, auch durch Kanäle gefahren. Alles im Preis inbegriffen. Zu Wasser sieht alles noch einmal ganz anders aus . Und eine schöne Zwischenpause.. und man schafft viel mehr als nur zu Fuß... an den Haltestelle jeweils ein Mitarbeiter, der freundlich Infos gibt... Preis-Leistung: 5 Sterne

Das System ist gut! Es macht Spaß und man sieht viel. Der Preis für das Ticket ist OK wobei ich 25,- für einen Tag etwas teuer finde, aber für drei Tage 45,- ist fair. An der Beschriftung könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Einige Boote haben keine Liniennummern. Das ist dann für Fremde schwierig zu erkennen, od das jetzt das richtige Schiff ist. Auch hatte ich immer mal Problem zu erkennen, welche Station für welche Richtung ist. Wir haben öfter falsch gestanden. Aber das Personal auf den Schiffen war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz ihrer schweren Arbeit wie ich finde. Ich bin auf jeden Fall gerne mit ihnen gefahren!

Combiné bus /vaporetto : très pratique et très vite rentabilisé sur 3 jrs. *Manque d'informations claires pour récupérer le ticket * Peut être faudrait il mieux expliquer sur le voucher comment imprimer directement le ticket à la borne -borne blanche pas les jaunes, saisie avec le code lettres de la réservation - car la 1ere agence Unica était à pres de 30mn à pied de la station. De plus ils n impriment pas le ticket contrairement à ce qui est indiqué lors de la réservation. Heureusement un agent parlait français et a su m'expliquer. Désagrément pas grave juste perte de temps pour un système "online"

One-way tickets are valid only for one single-way journey. You can either travel to the airport or from the airport.

Round-trip tickets must be kept securely and used within 30 days from the date of first validation.

In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus & Mainland Bus Pass

Tickets must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport.

You can use your pass anytime within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Your validity period begins upon first use of the pass. Once validated, you can use your pass for the number of days selected during purchase.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID.

Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus Pass & Mainland Bus Tickets

You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher.

You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.
