Travelling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, especially when visiting some of the busiest attractions in the world, but Headout made everything feel straightforward and well organised. The booking process was incredibly easy, all the information we needed was clearly explained, and having our tickets arranged in advance took away so much unnecessary stress. Each attraction was absolutely breathtaking in its own way. Walking through the Colosseum, experiencing the incredible beauty of the Vatican and stepping inside the historic Pantheon were unforgettable moments that we will treasure as a family. What really impressed us was how convenient everything was. We could concentrate on enjoying our holiday, taking photographs and making memories with our daughter rather than worrying about organising tickets. He had to give us the information so we could listen on the self guided tour. Not sure why they instructed me to download the Dex App if we were using something else. Anyhow, the information we listed too was interesting and the structure was pretty cool.VVincenzo M

Ho prenotato questa visita circa 3 settimane fa e fino all'ultimo non ero sicuro di aver fatto tutto correttamente (purtroppo sappiamo tutti le fregature che circolano). Invece mi sono trovato benissimo: all'arrivo nel punto designato ho ricevuto i biglietti, sono entrato subito e l'audioguida inclusa ha reso la visita unica. Wir dachten lange, es kommt jemand zum Treffpunkt der uns die Tickets gibt. Erstxdann haben wir da mal gefragt.... ein Logo von Headout am Kiosk wäre gut!!!! Ansonsten alles okay!
