Headout made it easy to book, the touring company involved was a little late to the game, but they came through in the end as the guide fell ill that morning. That said, it gave us a chance to meet Lisa Garland Beefeater #422, shared some great stories and fun insights. Special access in the morning, made rhe visit extra special .

This tour was terrific! The guide, Sophie, was very annimated and engaging. Being at the tower for the opening ceremony enabled us to walk right in to see the crown jewels rather than stand in a long line. The Beefeater who explained the ceremony was also fabulous. For me, it was worth the money to have the early access. The tour ends shortly after the ceremony as tours are not allowed inside the crown jewel area. I recommend this for anyone with limited time in London.

Studios, seeing how a story is brought to life through dedication, detail, and passion; and in Oxford, walking among centuries of knowledge and quiet elegance… One was where dreams are built, the other where thought takes root. Experiencing these two faces of inspiration on the same journey made it truly unforgettable. I would also like to sincerely thank our guide, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and warm — her energy and storytelling made the entire experience even more special.

Abbey, our guide, was excellent. Streets were obviously very busy, so progress was a bit slow in parts. Not sure if this was the reason, but our tour ended up on a shorter route, not actually crossing the Thames and back, as was on the map route.
