    Experiencia maravillosa. Lo único que sí le recomiendo es que antes de tomar el Tour consulten con la empresa si va a ser en español o en inglés la guía porque en este caso a mí me tocó con puros extranjeros pero yo no tenía problema porque yo también hablo inglés, de igual forma, fue muy divertido pasatiempo con gente de otros países y conocer sus culturas, sus creencias y y hice muchos amigos, créame que fue maravillosamente impresionante la visita a Chichén Itzá el guía súper bien súper querido súper alegre, al igual que altura isla catamarán y mujeres. Te incluyó un súper bueno con tiempo facilidades que le hicimos, literalmente es Snorkel en medio del mar y fue una experiencia que la verdad la llevo muy en el corazón y agradezco mucho a Headout por esto y está 100% recomendado. Yo lo tomé con . de entrega, no sé cómo sea con recogida pero por lo que tengo entendido la empresa se encarga de todo puedes confiar en este Tour porque la verdad no tuve una mala ninguna mala experiencia, excepto de qué tuve que pagar algo que ya estaba incluido, pero al momento me lo reembolsaron a mi cuenta, entonces están súper atentos a todo y perfecto 10 de 10

Desde el principio, todo fue muy fácil y cómodo. La recolección fue en un punto cercano a mi estancia, con estacionamiento gratuito y seguro, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad. El tour duró exactamente 13 horas, y cada momento fue aprovechado al máximo. Nuestro guía fue increíble, con una gran cantidad de información histórica y demostraciones que hicieron que la visita a Chichén Itzá fuera inolvidable. El acceso al lugar fue muy coordinado, y lo mejor de todo es que, como mexicano, el acceso es gratis los domingos. Después de Chichén Itzá, visitamos un cenote natural hermoso, donde pudimos disfrutar de la naturaleza y de la comida lugareña (aunque un poco fría). El tiempo de 2 horas fue perfecto para relajarnos y disfrutar del lugar. Finalmente, visitamos el pueblo de Valladolid, donde pudimos explorar una plaza con puestos de artesanías y probar algunos dulces y helados regionales. Lo que más me gustó fue la tranquilidad y comodidad con la que se llevó a cabo el viaje. La relación costo-calidad es excelente, y sin duda repetiría la experiencia. *Puntuación: 9/10* Gracias a la agencia de turismo por una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Recomiendo! 😊

    Touring with Pastor and Julian, there was no better way to experience a bucket list trip! Pastor not only gave us a personal look into his culture and history, but he made each individual feel like they were on their personal trip! A highly recommend this tour!

    I honestly enjoyed everything! I loved seeing another side of my roots/ culture that I was yet to see😊from the landscape to the people, especially our tour guide ( I forgot his name, starts with an R 😬) I can't wait to do it again but with my parents 😁
