The park offers a variety of rides, animal attractions and other activities. It is a fun day for adults and the kids but the waiting times for the rides goes up to an hour. In order to beat the queue you can pay additionally for the rides, again there may be queues ahead of you. It was misleading that this was not explained by a staff member when we asked and we ended up thinking you need to pay to get in the rides, missing out a lot.

I found the signage dreadfull. Others in my party also found it difficult to know which of the turnings into the venue to take. This survey is also not clear as to where to leave comments that do not have atick box!

Chessington World of Adventures – A Fun-Filled Family Day Out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing time at Chessington World of Adventures! The park offers the perfect mix of thrilling rides, animal encounters, and family-friendly attractions. The Dragon’s Fury and Vampire roller coasters were big hits with the older kids, while the Gruffalo River Ride and Zufari: Ride into Africa were fantastic for younger ones. The zoo and sea life areas were well-maintained, and we loved seeing the tigers, gorillas, and penguins up close. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was some queues being a bit long, but the FastTrack options are worth considering if you want to maximize your time. One suggestion for improvement: extending summer closing times to 8:00 PM would be fantastic! More time in the evening would allow families to enjoy the park with shorter queues and cooler weather, making the visit even more enjoyable. Despite some peak-time queues, the FastTrack options helped, and overall, it was great value for money. A must-visit for families—we’ll definitely be back! 🎢🐯🌞

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Safety first! Some rides are restricted for people with back or neck issues, cardiac issues, those who have undergone surgery recently, and pregnant women.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the theme park but are not allowed on the rides or in the zoo.

Guests who have the proper documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket.

Additional information

Children under the age of 12 will be admitted unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Each ride has its own height restriction, ranging from 0.9 m to 1.4 m minimum.

Please also note that children shorter than 0.9 m can enjoy multiple attractions accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.

Those who wish to leave the theme park and re-enter on the same day should be sure to get their hand stamped as they exit.
